In an effort to promote bicycle commuting, the building offers a secure bicycle storage room which can be accessed from the loading dock and rear service corridor.

Each individual is responsible for providing their own bicycle locks.

1100 Seventeenth Street owners and management will not be held responsible for loss or damage to an individual’s bicycle. We ask that Clients use the bike racks, and not any other area, to secure their bicycles. Please be aware that the bike racks are intended for daily use, not long-term storage.
