Insurance Protection

A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be on file with our main office for all vendors or contractors performing work in the building. This includes caterers, furniture companies, or other delivery personnel who are picking up or dropping off products or objects.

The COI must list the following as additional insureds:

  • The John Akridge Management Company
  • 1100 17th Street Owner, LLC

The certificate holder should be:

COIs may be submitted by email to your Property Manager or by mail to Akridge's main office at:

They should be mailed to the attention of your Property Manager or 1100 Seventeenth Street. You may be contacted by our third party vendor, who manages the COI tracking process for Akridge via mail or e-mail. Please consult your Lease for further insurance details.
